All pricing is listed on our website. Subscriptions are billed monthly. A one-time setup fee is charged at the start of service. You authorize recurring billing until you cancel. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or phone. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
You agree not to use our services to send unsolicited spam, violate any applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and A2P 10DLC regulations), or engage in fraudulent activity. You are responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from all contacts before sending SMS or email communications through our platform.
We take your data seriously. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your customer data stored in GoHighLevel is governed by GoHighLevel's privacy policy. Service Automations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or lead volumes.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
